How does the garment sizing work?
Our garments are a US standard small, medium and large. We provide exact measurements on each product's page.
Please refer to each individual product's measurements before purchase.
If you are still unsure on how an item will fit and what type of stretch/give the material offers - please contact us.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders are taken on items that have not yet launched to ensure those who are interested are able to secure their purchase before our stock sells out.
We offer a 10% discount on all pre-orders.
Shipments on these items will go out 2-3 weeks after purchase.
Please do not pre-order items that you plan to wear within the same month that you order. Customers can expect a 1-month turnaround.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Depending on the delivery speed chosen at checkout, you can expect your items to arrive 2-10 business days after purchase.
Our shipments go out on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
NOTE: This does not apply to pre-orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. You will be allocated a tracking number once your parcel is on its way to you. We want to ensure that the delivery process is as positive and reliable as possible.
How do I wash the garments?
Preservation Tips: To keep your favorite garments in good condition, remember to wash them inside-out. Additionally, separate them from the rest of the load by placing them in a mesh laundry bag.
Cotton & Linen: Machine wash with cold or moderate temperature water. Dry on low heat.
Tweed: To preserve a tweed outfit, it is best to hand wash or dry clean due to the nature of the fabric. If machine washing is necessary, turn the garment inside out and wash it on a gentle cycle (using fabric softener is recommended). Afterward, hang the garment to dry.
What is the return policy?
We do offer exchanges, but we do not offer refunds.
As long as the item is exchanged within 7 days in the condition it arrived in (tags attached & unworn) - you will be able exchange the returned item for another garment.
If you are returning an item, please ensure you get in-touch with us first.
Who pays for the shipping when I return an item?
We kindly ask that you pay for the return fees. Please make sure you have checked our size chart guidelines to ensure that you are satisfied prior to purchasing an item.
If an item is sold out, can you order one especially for me?
Most of our pieces are limited in quantity. But let us know and we can see what we can do.
